Mammalia (Lava Editorial, 2025), written by Elisenda Solsona, is a body-thriller about motherhood, climate crisis and state control over fertility. To accompany its release, parte.digital built a series of digital reinterpretations translating the book's atmosphere into evocative images.
Working with AI image generation as a tool, key narrative moments, an ash-covered forest, a womb-like cave, a sterile white hall, ritualistic red figures, became striking visual compositions, extending the novel's world into image.
